What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step in any home improvement journey, is to start with a free in home estimate. We can talk with you about your needs and goals, assess the current condition, and provide a sound, quality estimate to acheive your vision.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We hire only professionally trained and years of proven experience and skill level craftsmen for the hands-on, carpentry, mechanics and trade work. Our management team is comprised of industry seasoned property and project management professionals.
How did you get started in this business?
In 1999, owner and South County, St. Louis native, Wayne Arling began Jewell Project Management. An engineer by trade, Wayne saw the need for a simpler, reliable, honest approach to home improvement services and hasn't looked back since.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Do your homework! The saying, "you get what you pay for" is too often true. A lowball bid could be trouble. Look at reviews, ask for recommendations. If you are having a hard time locating a company online, use caution. In today's digital world, if a business is not searchable often times, they want to stay hidden for a reason.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Be realistic about your budget and know your bottom line, your wants vs your needs, in case you have to adjust.
