What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The client initially reaches out to us for services then we contact the client schedule an appointment to go out and look at the project and question ground Breaking then will take measurements and our observations and provide the client with an estimate if the estimate is excepted by the client then we provide them with a contract, start date a timeline and how monies will be disbursed. Then we go to the clients project completed and its totality to the clients perfection after the client is satisfied then we kindly ask him to go on and give us a review payment is rendered at that point our balance of whatever may be due then even after the project we contact our clients via mail with a card I kind gesture through the mail to let them know that we have not forgot and about them, we build relationships.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a Licensed General Contractor who's Bonded well Insured certified carpenters, finisher, plumbers, electricians, HVAC, Roofers, floor installers, Door and Window installers, Painters, Appliance installers etc.

We have No standard pricing system as every job is different and need to be evaluated Before pricing is rendered.
How did you get started in this business?
I started doing kitchens and baths out of the trunk of my car having materials delivered to the clients home then I would go do the work.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I work more with high end customers as we do high end work.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure the company is licensed and insured make sure that they have a Better Business Bureau profile a website get some references and do not disperse money for labor upfront.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Consider the project at hand think of what materials they want to install ask for the contractors opinion.
