What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask many questions to found out what the customer needs and when she needs it. I know that you are on a tight schedule to get your inspections done, get your assessment done, make plans for the movers, etc, etc. I will make it as easy as I can to schedule your appointment quickly, so we can figure out what is wrong with your house, so I can put it in the report, so you and your agent can meet with the seller to negotiate to get those things fixed.
