About
We are a home based family oriented company dedicated towards providing a quality product or service for every customer at a price that reflects that quality. We are not the cheapest, nor the highest on our estimates, but we are certainly accurate and realistic. We have a great success rate of satisfaction with all our customers. There are 4 main areas we strive to be the best at.
#1. Saftey. As always saftey comes first, both for our customers and employees. All our employees are background checked and drug screened. We do not hire felons. We also OSHA certify our employees.
#2. Quality. This is as equaly important to us as it is to our customers that they recieve the best materials and craftsmanship their budget can afford.
#3. Efficiency. This is what allows us to make a profit on our projects, not overcharging the customer.
#4. Cleanliness. We continue to clean up after ourselves throughout the project as it contributes to the saftey of the project, but also shows respect for the customer and ourselves.
All of these are equally important and neither will be sacrificed for the sake of another.
We come across a lot of poorly constructed buildings who were built by individuals lacking what we bring to the table. We self perform most of our own work adhearing strictly to city and county codes, and any subcontractors needed are just as conscientious as me and have been in business with me for many years. I have been in this business for 17 years and have owned and operated my business for 12 years since July 2008 during the worst economic crisis I've experienced. We work primarily in Springfield and surrounding areas. Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Call and schedule an appointment to meet and discuss the work needed. Follow up from there
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was trained by an old school custom home builder who taught me to build houses from the ground up, and I have since then stuck to his methods and ethics. Better than any school training could ever provide.
