What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
• Inspection of the Property as well as meeting the Home Owner to insure we are a good fit for each other!
• File a claim with Home owner if the work is insurance related. If the work isn’t, get measurements to provide a solid quote based off work being performed and customers wants and needs.
• meet Home Owmers insurance adjuster on site to provide a solid inspection to ensure the home owner receives everything they are entitled to from the insurance company to receive a full roofing system.
• Sign a contract that states work being performed and expectations to be met while performance of work is being completed.
•Final walk through of property and a satisfactory signature with receipts of work performed and paid in full.
•Happy Homeowner and referrals.
