W.D.I. or TERMITE inspection checks for wood destroying insects. We are State certified and licensed in both Kansas and Missouri to inspect for wood destroying insects, prior infestations, and signs of damage, then make recommendations for treatment per state requirements.

Our RADON INSPECTION is a test using solid state Sun Nuclear continuous monitors for the presence of Radon gas in the home. We are certified by both AARST-NRPP and the state of Kansas for both measurement and analytical services following EPA protocol and Kansas law. The test is a minimum 48 hours under closed home conditions to determine if the home has Radon in excess of 4pCi/L (4 pico curies per liter of air), the EPA’s recommended action level.
