Since 1998: we have provided quality inspections for pre-owned, new construction, and older homes. Our full time inspectors are state registered and certified members of the American Society of Home Inspectors. (ASHI)

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to have the buyer with me during the home inspection process. You will learn a lot about the house. If you cant make it, I take lots of pictures and show everything in the report. Our reports are very easy to understand.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
ASHI certified inspector and NACHI certified. Not a lot of inspectors with both certifications.
I have been doing inspections for 25 years now. I have seen a lot of issues.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Pricing is by sqft and age. We charge more for older homes as they take longer to inspect.
Very fair prices for my experience.
How did you get started in this business?
I am a 2nd generation home inspector. My father was a home inspector in Dallas.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure they are certified. Many inspector have no experience or certifications. No requirments for Kansas of Missouri for inspectors. So anyone can say they are an inspector and give you some kind of report.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Experience is a must. I learn things every day. It why I love this job.
