There are a lot of individuals, and companies a like, that say they can repair, maintain, or replace HVAC systems. Be aware of what you are getting into by asking a lot of questions, and it's never a bad a idea to always consult with a couple companies before making one your trusted advisor on your system(s).
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Are you licensed and insured to be able to do this line of work? Are you employees background checked and formally trained on the type of system I have? Are you able to clearly communicate what is going on with system? Can you provide me options after your diagnosis? Are you able to offer rebates/tax credits on both a local and federal level? Are you able to offer financing and be able to clearly communicate the terms associated?
