What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will ask for your information. I will ask some general questions about the project. I may want to schedule a visit so I can look over the project in person and discuss what exactly you would want the outcome to be.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in construction fields since I started working at sixteen years old. Mostly Residential remodel. I have done some commercial remodel along with some commercial and residential new builds. I spent thirteen years working for an event company setting up large events like Golf tournaments with scaffolding structures to create floors and used tents to provide clients with there own areas to socialize with their clients during the event.
I did go to Vo-tech during high school for construction as well. I have taken some college classes in the Construction Engineering field at Pittsburgh State University.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
For smaller jobs my service is $200.00 minimum covering the first two hours of service and $75.00 an hour after. Materials would be additional or can be provided by the customer. Larger projects I would come out and discuss and get measurements and pictures needed and give an estimate for the project.
