    Skipping all the groans and moans about the other company’s we had dealt with we heard about Premier and decided to give them a call. WOW! What a great choice we made. Stephen was very friendly and easy to talk to and available the next day. It was late in the afternoon when he arrived and was just supposed to bid on a repair or replace on our ac unit. After he had taken a short look at it he said that he thought he could get it running again and we could just make it a service call.. We’ll by gosh, he got it working (after we were told by another company it would not) and explained the ins and outs of what might or might not happen. Well the next morning the ac died again. Which we knew might happen but because Stephen was so detailed in what he had done and honest about it. He had also said that he could repair it or replace it and the differences in repair or replace. Like I said it died the next morning and I called him and told him what was going on. He was out later in the afternoon that day replacing our old unit with a new one and two and half maybe three hrs later he was done and the house is cooling down wonderfully. His cost is more than fare and his quality of workmanship is excellent he is very methodical in what he does and wants to do it right. Any questions you have he is happy to answer and helps you understand if you don’t. Wish all success to this young man and his company! We know who to contact from now on!

All estimates on new systems & second opinions are FREE of charge for all customers and need to be done in person for accurate pricing.

Service Calls are $75, even after hours & on weekends!

AC or Furnace Check & Clean (dependant on season) - $100
