What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon receiving a new Project Inquiry, we set up an appointment to to meet in person and review your project. At that meeting we will gather the projects Scope of Work and either suggest starting with a Design Agreement or moving forward to a Detailed Proposal. Upon your review and acceptance, we sign a contract and schedule the start of your project.
