Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I set up a on-site inspection. This is typically set up for the day I can start the project. If I can't start it that day I will let the customer know. The on-site inspection fee is typically $50 that is paid that day in cash or through either zelle or cash app. The inspection fee is deducted from the final price. If I am hired for the job. If for some reason I can not do the job. I wave the inspection fee. Inspections are only scheduled if I feel I can complete the job. After the site inspection a free estimate is produced. NOTICE a estimate is just that. A estimated cost. The actual cost may vary. I try to do a cost plus estimate so the project often cost less than the estimate. Not in all cases. After the material and labor price is negotiated it is time to set a start date. I require a daily draw for large projects. Draws are to be paid in cash or by zelle or cash app. The draw will be based on either hourly rate or percent of job completion. Next I try to check in on the customer to see if they are having any problems after a week or so.
