Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Home Inspections start at $300 for homes under 2,000sqft. This price includes Wood Destroying Insect Inspection and Infrared Scanning. Add $25 for every additional 1,000sqft after 2,000sqft.
2,000-2,999sqft $325
3,000 - 3,999sqft $350
and so on.
How did you get started in this business?
Before becoming a Home Inspector, I worked in construction/remodeling after college. This helped to give me a strong background in home construction. Then I pursued educational classes in becoming a Professional Home Inspector and have passed multiple exams (e.g. National Home Inspector Exam, MO Termite Inspector License, KS Radon Tester, and multiple InterNACHI Certifications).

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Buying/selling a home can be very nerve-racking. Home Inspectors help give you an unbiased view of a home and areas that need improvement. At a minimum, your inspector should be Certified (InterNACHI or ASHI) and Insured.
