Our Inspectors will ensure you that a home is safe, structually and mechanically sound, and free of health risks.
We get the opportunity to represent both sides of the "For Sale" Sign.
We enjoy the ability to share knowledge with our customers ensuring the home you are considering is safe and sound. We want to make sure that we avoid any unwelcome and costly surprises.
If you are selling your home, you will want to make full disclosure of any and all deficiencies. You'll want to know if what, if any, repairs to make so that you can market your home most effectively.

We want our customers to be on site so that we can answer any questions that they have on the property.

We are AHIT (American Home Inspection training Institute,Ltd.) Certified!
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Our Prices are not set due to the different sizes, of homes, we offer more than Home inspections, we also do Termite, and Radon testing.
How did you get started teaching?
We have always had an interest Residential Home improvement, we now want to allow the community to share the knowledge we have obtained through the years.

We have worked with First time home buyers, Realtors, and Investors, making sure they are getting exactly what they want in their investment.
