Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is key. We provide a very thorough visual inspection of allthe mechanical and structural components of the home that can be visually inspected. However, the results are only as good as the inspector's ability to communicate and report effectively. Our clients will tell you that our communication from beginning to end, whether you are a new home buyer or whether it is your fourth home, is top notch and that we go above and beyond the expectation to serve our customers' needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are members of NACHI, the world's largest and most educated home inspectors association. NACHI requires an extensive certification process a continuing education hours each year.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Prices are primarily based on square footage, however other factors may affect the fee for an inspection such as age, condition, crawlspace, distance, etc. Typically, home inspections up to 2000 S.F. cost $345, including the termite inspection. Other services are available for an additional fee such as radon, mold, and camera sewer inspections.
How did you get started in this business?
My brothers and I started the business in the Spring of 2007.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with customers of all ages, backgrounds, experience, and often with customers that live in other parts of the country. We also speak Spanish so we are able to relate and communicate with Spanish speaking clientele.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
