I have been in the pest control industry since 2015. When the covid 19 pandemic started i was working on becoming a high school economics teacher, but realized pest control was my real passion. My approach is to educate and equip my customer so that you will have a greater understanding of whatever pest we are dealing with, coupled with almost 20 years of customer service experience. I make it a point to treat each customer better than I would want to be treated if it were there other way around.
I get to be a hero without a cape! Every day I get to help people solve plaguing issues and problems. Whenever possible, I like to educate my customers on the pest that we are dealing with and what they can do to help prevent future issues.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After I gather the needed information from my customer, I start my inspection and do what ever work that needs to be done. After I am finished I like to give the "grand tour", showing my customers what was done and letting them know what to expect going forward.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am licensed in the state of Minnesota through the department of agriculture. These include a masters certification with endorsement for structural pest control, vertebrates, and mosquito.
