Hello everyone, John Beck here. I work as a handyman and love to help people in need, especially seniors. My appointment calls include the first hour of work. I charge $50.00 dollars per call ($40.00 for Seniors). A lot of work can be accomplished in one hour, compile a list of things that need fixing and I will finish them as quickly as possible. You can expect quality work done at a quick and efficient pace. I am just starting this business but have been in the maintenance field for thirty plus years. I work in Maplewood and service the St. Paul greater area. I charge less than most Handymen as I tend to help lower income residents. Call today for a free quote. (No job too small) Loose handrails and or steps, door or window alignment issues, Installation of handrails and anti-slip solutions in tubs and showers, Switching doorknobs for lever style handles, Window caulking and door weatherstripping, Furnace filter, light bulb, smoke detector installation and replacement, Heavy object and furniture moving, Ikea style furniture assembly, House and garage gutter cleaning (under 12 feet in height) Tree trimming and yard clean up, Garage cleanouts, Junk removal (refuse fees separate) Automobile general maintenance including replacement of batteries, wipers, lights, tire rotations and general maintenance.
