What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always discuss all options available. Once there is an agreement upon work to be done and price we will get you on the schedule as soon as possible to complete the job. At the end of every job we train you on normal maintenance procedures.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Two years construction experience, twelve years machining experience, 3 years with garage door experience.

We always provide an affordable rate for our customers and we will give a straight forward prices (no hidden fees!) Your satisfaction with our work is our priority! There are multiple options we provide based on your needs and safety in mind.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Most of the work we do is residential, but we also work with a few comercial building owners. Automotive service centers and even a fire station garage door needed repair that I am proud to say I took care of!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Shop around! There are some very bad companies out there that take advantage of people.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Where is the company based? Is the price fair? Quality of parts used? Scheduling availability? Reviews and Reputation?
