What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually reach out to a customer to understand their needs. We then schedule time to meet. We take pictuers and needed measurmetns to come up with a bid. We then follow up making sure that our bid makes sense and we go from there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are certifed with GAF and Owen Corning manufacturers.
We get training yearly and attend annual trade shows in LA.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We don't have standard prices. Every roof is different per say. We need to see the job site in order to provide a logica bid.
How did you get started in this business?
We have beein the roofing/siding industry for a long time. We finally decided to open a company in the year of 2011. We have a team of the same people since we had started. Business is great.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Customers are customers. We don't defirintiate.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Huge Hail took place in Maple Grove just recently. We got a lot of calls, inspections, claims.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Check References, Verif BBB rating, make sure they hire local crews, request license and laibility insurence. All must be current.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Budgeting, needs for repairs, and timing as when it needs to be done.
