What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet with the owner or a sales representative to discuss building your plans and ideas.
Create your own home plans and spec book with desired options.
Price out your home according to the final plans and spec book.
Submit proposal for your consideration.
If everything looks agreeable, sign a purchase agreement then start building.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bob has been in the home building and construction business all his life.

We have a vast variety of home owners.
Although alot of our home buyers are people looking to do their last/"forever home". We are a custom home builder. That means we listen, learn and create the ever after home.
We are keep our home building numbers lower, so we can give each home and the buyer the attention it needs.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Being able to continue to work with our home buyers through this pandemic. And to keep them looking and moving forward to in a positive way towards their beautiful homes, while the world was in some termoil. Safely of course!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
How many houses are they doing a year?
Are you just a number or do they really want to sit down, listen and create the forever home. Trust your gut on being genuine.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
You know what you want. You know what you like.
The builder should take all the time you need to go over every single detail. Listen to you, give you suggestions, be a team to building this home.
