What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
What to expect as a new customer:
First we will have a consulation call. Trying to narrow in on the problem or the design of a project before we send out a technician to get the ball rolling.
Our trained technicians will diagnose and fix the problem right away, whenever we are able to do so. They will always follow up with you so you know exactly what is going on at all times.
