What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a diagnostic charge to get our experienced tech to your home. Once there we evaluate your system and then review with you the repairs needed and costs for the repairs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 75 years of combined experience. The manufacturers we represent require training as well as our licenses. We are continually learning and perfecting our skills.

It is always based on the needs at hand and the time it will take to complete the work. It is all upfront and you we want you to approve it prior to proceeding with any work.
