What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer free onsite estimates. We schedule time to come give fisical mesurements, and deskuss what tipe of flooring our new client would be interested in haveing installed and what there expectations our on when they would like install. We can most times do entire estimate on day of estimate.
