We are a commercial contractor that has entered into the residential market. We first started doing residential work for the city of St Paul as one of their developers. Most projects for the city were full gut and start over. We have also worked in Dayton Bluff on many historic homes. Where we bring value to our customers is when multiple subs are needed on a project.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First things is to find out what they need/want for their project. The next big thing is a timeline and access to the space. From there we can talk about the project. Construction is dirty, loud and you will have multiple people on your property. This can be extremely difficult for some people.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 20 years experience. I started building new homes in 1996 while I was going to the U of M. I was the project/construction manager during the summers for 4 homes. I hired, managed and paid all the subs from start to finish. After college went into commercial construction. 2006 started with Eden Builders building churches and 2009 started working with city of St Paul as a developer.
