What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Pre interview they meet us we meet them. Review their wants, needs, desires. Look at how space will be used and offer suggestions. Review budget and start to put scope of work together.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Have been in the industry 21 years. Have remodeled and built many properties.

I have also worked as an insurance adjuster so can help with claim work as well. Especially since i have worked on both sides of claims.

How did you get started in this business?

This is my second career my first career was in the resturant/hospitality field. Where remodeling of resturants rolled into this industry.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Light commercial and residential. Home owners from all sizes.

Describe a recent project you are fond of.

Large addition in Becker went from a 2 bedroom 2 bath  to a 4 bedroom 3 bath on main plus basement.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Look at their credintials of course. But talk with the contractor and make sure you have the same vision. It is also important that you have a good repoir with each other.

How do we want to use the space?

What is our comfortable budget?

How long do we plan on living here?
