What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
From the start when a customer calls in they will be greated by a friendly voice. we will then go over any pricing if we can and figure out availabilty that works for them.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
As far as drain cleaning goes all of our drain cleaning starts at $99 per drain and that covers you for up to an hour of cabling the line. We have a $39 travel charge so assuming everything goes well it is $138. Plumbing is tough to quote over the phone without seeing it so we have industry standard travel charge of $39 and the technitian will quote the problem when they get there.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure you are hiring a company that has their own employees, alot of companies use subcontractors. Some companies make you believe you are hiring themm when in fact it is going to a subcontracted that is working for their company. An unmarked van is a sure sign of of a sub contractor.
