I provide residential and commercial plumbing services, including water heaters and softeners, service, repairs, remodels and drain cleaning. Discussing with them their plumbing needs and having them get as specific as they can, especially when discussing it with them over the phone, on initial contact.

6 years of Plumbing School through Minneapolis Local 15 Plumbers Union and Dunwoody Institute of Technology.

Licensed Master Plumber in the State of Minnesota.

$100/hr plus materials for service calls.

Typical water heater installation $400. plus materials

Typical water softener installation $300 plus materials.

Typical single drain line cleaning $150.

Typical main sewer line cleaning $240.

Residential remodels are on a quote basis after looking at a project on site and going over details.
