I usually connect with the client by a phone call initially. If texting is better than I can work that form of contact also.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an AAS degree in horticulture from the Uof M.
I also have 15 years experience trimming, removing and maintenance tree care when I worked with Davey tree service.
