What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Have a friendly conversation that details the customers needs and answers every question until a plan is in place. Everything after is about management, hard work and keeping the word written and spoken. Let's agree on a plan and then do what we say; That's the Wausau way.

27 years construction experience. Licensed and insured MN General Contractor.

We survived a year of challenging and transparent qualifying,training, and builder experience protocol before being allowed to officially test for qualification as a Wausau Hones exclusive territory builder. We are so thankful. We believe in the Wausau protocol training and are proud to have succeeded as a Wausau Homes Certifued Builder for Morrison, Todd, and Milaca County MN.

Every project is unique.Our homes are priced in accordance to the homebuyers choices, permits, land costs, site costs etc. Every home is different and custom to the homebuyers choices.

How did you get started in this business?
David's life in new home construction began as a laborer on construction sites in the 1980's . He has always loved the smell of new wood and the sound of saws cutting the measured lumber.
He would later graduate into custom framing and remodeling as his own boss yet serving as a sub-contractor to other known local home builders and remodelers.
David would later acquire his own General Cintractors license and go on to successfully build both commercial and residential projects.
David has verifiable experience and building expertise dating back to 1998 and has successfully built a portfolio of code plus commercial and residential build projects without recourse.
As of June 2020 and nearing 50 years old, David and his Wife Janice succeeded in satisfying the in depth and challenging protocols of becoming an exclusive Wausau Homes Builder.
