Working on my own the last few years has given me a perspective and view into a lot of homeowners lives. Making their dreams become reality doing what I love makes my job the best there is. Sitting down with the homeowner and discussing what they want in detail better serves myself and the homeowner, giving them exactly what they want makes all the hours worth while.
Being able to create a master piece from a blank slate let's me give the homeowner the satisfaction they deserve and make their home just that, a home.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will meet with the potential client and figure out their wants and needs involved in the project. go through whatever portion of the home or business they're looking to change and or improve and help them make their visions become reality.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in construction for 7 years now and been on all sides from commerical to residential. I found that residential is more fulfilling for me in the long run because jobs come to fruition a lot faster and the look on the homeowners face is always worth it.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I price bathrooms and kitchens mainly on the size and the extent of work that needs to be done. most of these will be very similar in pricing it all depends on what is taken out and what is added.
How did you get started in this business?
A friend of mine needed some help so i left my job and went to work with him to keep his business moving. after a while i fopund that this is exactly what i want to do.
What types of customers have you worked with?
If you can imagine a certain type of customer, then chances are I have worked with them.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
A home owner was quoted at a very high bid for a full bathroom remodel. when i explained how much i would do it for and in a shorter amount of time the customer was a bit skeptical. in the end she hired me and i came through on my end of the bargin and the look on her face was amazing it made me feel like i was doing somethng right not just for me but for other people as well.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
have a conversation with the pro, tell them all of your intentions with your project. communication is key on both sides.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
what they are willing to pay, how long they will let a job go for. is this what they really want because otherwise they butt heads with the contractor and no one wants that.
