What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Potential new client calls office seeking information about a specific pest issue. Office staff has more than 27 years of experience in the field and can easily answer questions. What we do, what we charge for service, etc.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Each Employee must study for and pass written examination throught Minnesota Department of Agriculture to obtain a Journeyman's Applicator License. All employees complete hand-on training with the Company Service Coordinator as it relates with specific pest control issues, handling complex situations, non-chemical mean of control, etc. Ongoing monthly training.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Check references. Don't always trust large company names for quality service, as they often have high turnover rates with service technicians.
