We specialize in affordable remodeling, new builds, and real estate investment projects that turn distressed properties into long-term assets for families and neighborhoods.

Through our 612BluePrints program, we provide hands-on training, employment, and mentorship to help individuals build their own homes, learn trades, and gain financial literacy. Our goal is to make homeownership and generational wealth a reality by blending contracting, real estate investing, and community education. Whether it’s fixing and flipping homes or offering rent-to-own opportunities, we design blueprints that lead to freedom and ownership.
