I belive that strong communication and personal attention is the key to a great remodel company. My clients routinely tell me how much they appreciate that my crew is curtious and personable, they work hard and have good attetion to detail.
I love problem solving and have always enjoyed helping people. I named my company Off Road because the solution requires taking a new path sometimes.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The inital contact is establishing what type of project and general parameters. We set up a meeting for the earliest convenient time. I make measurements, take pictures, and ask specific questions at the meeting. Within a few days I deliver estimates on larger projects. On small, or time and materials projects, we skip straight to scheduling after the meeting. Once the estimate is approved, I put the project on the schedule. I take 25% up front and the remainder as a lump sum or in installments depending upon how long the project is.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed Residential Builder and have worked in and around the trades for 10 years.
