What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We come to your home for a free in-home estimate. There we learn what our prospective customer wants and needs to give them an idea of our business and start drawing up ideas. We work with the customer to come up with what they want and design the addition unique to each project. There are steps that go on in the background before building begins, such as building permits from the city. Once on site, we work with the customer as building progresses and try to impact their daily lives as little as possible. The end product is a light and open space fit to each individual home.

Our prices vary greatly depending on many factors. The condition of the foundation of the current home, the materials selected, the size of the addition, and much more.

Bob Clark began as a salesman over two decades ago and decided to open his own franchise in Ann Arbor.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
An event we take part in annually that we always look forward to is the Jackson Road Cruise here in Ann Arbor. It is a fun vehicle parade that is accompanied by music, food and vendors like us that give away amazing deals and prizes throughout the day. Each year also has its own theme that is fun to follow as well. This past year was a beach boys theme. So much fun for all.
