What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first speak with the customer to find out what kind of help they need. Then we come up with a tentative plan of service, then we schedule a time to meet and diagnose then repair their piece or pieces of equipment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have factory training in all of the gasoline engine lines. I am also certified in Bobcat, Perkins and Kubota Diesel engines. I also have a certification as a Master John Deere Master Service manager status. I am also a Stihl Silver Certified Technician.

We have a service call fee that is charge for the service we offer.

How did you get started in this business?
I started this business 10 years ago after I heard many people complaining that they did not want to have their equipment picked up and taken to a dealership for weeks at a time.
