What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will send a Rooter MD certified technician, with a fully stocked truck, he will get your approval first before beginning work, there is a minimum service call to come out that will be applied to the invoice if the work is done the same day.

We are licensed by the State of Michigan and do our best to stay informed and use the most advanced technologies possible in the plumbing, heating and cooling industry.
