Was having a pretty horrible day prior to the cherry on top of the sundae- me locking myself out of my house. Called in a panic and gentleman who answered the phone was extremely friendly! He was out to my house in about 20 minutes and was able to get us back in the house not too long after! Excellent customer service and if I ever am in need of a locksmith will be calling this company back. Awesome job!

Great little hometown store with a real locksmith. Everything you need for locks, they have. I used them to make some extra keys and to key new locks to match my old key. From now on I will start buying all my locks including entry locks here. This type of craftsmanship is hard to find nowadays!

We bought a house in Livonia this year and had Livonia Lock & Key rekey all of our locks. They came on Saturday, which was very convenient. The specialist who came out was very friendly, and it only took him approximately 20 minutes to rekey four doors. He also cut new keys in his van. I would recommend Livonia Lock and Key.

This store is the definition of old school tradesmen. The owner John is incredibly knowledgeable of the industry, sales quality products and incredibly helpful. I found them about 8 years ago when I was trying to have a key cut for a fire safe that I had. Two other shops couldnt cut it for me, but they could and it worked great. Ive had 3 other odd keys that they were able to cut for me, one from a 1915 government pad lock and they were able to match and cut it.
