Don't go off of price, just because you pay more doesn't mean you'll get better work. Although hiring the cheapest can be risky. Always make sure they have a license and experience is always a plus!
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
If you're on the edge about hiring a professional and think you may be able to get it done yourself, at least call one and ask their opinion on the issue you're experiencing.
