Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Immediately establishing a good rapport and trust is very important. People tend to communicate better when they trust and respect someone and as we all know...good communication is paramount to any successful business relationship.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a MBA from Northwestern University in finance and I'm a licensed residential builder in Michigan.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
No. We evaluate each project independently. Fixed or guranteed pricing often leads to dissatisfaction when cost over runs arise. We price projects fairly and in as much detail as possible. Undisclosed damage can often cause the price of a project to increase and we strive to make the client very aware of this fact.
How did you get started in this business?
Working on a "Flip" project I decided the process of building and renovating property was very appealing and decided to get my builders license.

Never feel proessured into doing work with a contractor or any professional for that matter.
