RLP Drywall Services has been around for 21/2 years but I have been in the field for 27 years serving Macomb and Oakland county. We specialize in residential and commercial construction. We hang and finish drywall. Drywall repair, texture repair, popcorn removal. I get to work with all kinds of people which in turn leads to some great connections and relationships. I like that my job lets me travel to different locations and not be stuck in the same spot all the time. I enjoy putting out a product that someone can enjoy forever.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will ask the customer to explain a little about what they need done. I would then let them know what steps it would take to complete their job. I would get their information so I could go give them a accurate estimate and answer any questions the customer has. If they like the price I will send the estimate in writing, get a signature then begin the work on a day that's good for the customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was taught by my father and worked for him for 15 years. I then went to work as a journeyman finisher in the union. I wanted to make a difference and put out a good product for customers so I started my own company.
