FP&F were the first to respond to the initial inquiry, and communications were easy (text & email). Setting up the quote was very timely, as was the appointment for the new gas line. Both DJ & Angenique were up front and professional throughout the entire process. Would most definitely recommend!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we will get there info, then we will look over job description .Now we set up for a walk through with a service fee of $40 dollars if the customer is in our service zone arrange date and time well send over digital invoice and then brinG a physical copy upon arrival.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My plumbers have been in apprenticeship programs for five years an also attended henry ford college for ent and the pipe fitting program, aswell as worked for Jermor Plumbing for 6 years and A & J PLUMBING. Residential & commercial .PERMITS CAN ALSO BE PULLED.
How did you get started in this business?
We got started by working for other plumbing companies and decided we could provide these same services but with a Flawless outcome.

We have worked with all types of customers from nice to mean and unknowledgeable to wry knowledgeable we treat everyone with respect.
