What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will make an appointment.
We will visit you.
We listen to your needs and budget for the project.
We will provide a full design based on your needs and our Ideas.
Up on approval by the client we will provide full pricing.
Up on acceptance by the client and signing full construction contract and document we proceed with construction.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Architectural and civil engineering and over 40 years of combined experience in design and construction.

Our pricing is based on customer’s requirement and cost of construction. We charge $75 Hr. consultation fee which will be refunded to the customer upon customer signed construction contract.
How did you get started in this business?
After graduating from University and working with different Architectural/Design firms we decided to open and start our company in 1996.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Homeowners, Comercial clients, HOA, Home developers and Land developers.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure they are who they say they are,
Make sure they are bonded and insures and most defiantly licensed General contractor.
Check their Licenses with the local and state jurisdiction. Check their insurance and bonds by calling the companies.
And finally check their references.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Ask the company about their experiences.
Ask to see some of their work and references
When you meet with them see if they are listening to you or they are just trying to sale.
And finally see if their personality matches yours since this is like taking a friend who needs to be there after the work is done, not just doing the job , taking the money and leaving.
