At JMS Executive Contracting we strive to to produce quality work, quality craftsmanship, and primer client services. All our projects are assigned a project manager and a qualified foreman to ensure all work completed meets Construction standards and are code compliant within the jurisdiction the project resides in. Our Company has gone through Army Core of Engineers CQM Training, otherwise know as ACOE NAVFAC Construction Quality Management Certification. We use the 3 Step Quality Control Phases in order to ensure all work related to the project adheres strictly to the contract documents and specification requirements. This will ensure and provide security and comfort to our clients that we're providing is Quality work.
Edgar Campos is one of the principal owners and Senior Project Construction Manager at JMS Executive Contracting and oversee's all field operations. Edgar Campos has a passion for Construction, prior to graduating high school Edgar had begun his Training at Thomas Edison a Vocational school where he trained to become a Home Builder. Upon graduating he went straight to work with a large home developer where he homed in a great experience in Developing properties to market for sale. After a couple years and a slow market in 2008, Edgar Ventured into commercial construction and went to work with The department of defense as a Quality Assruance Inspector where he was responsible to oversee large government projects with contract values of $8,000,000 million dollars. Edgar was stationed at Walter Reed Medical Institute of Research and over a number of project for the Army Core of Engineers. Edgar then after completing his 5 year contract with the DOD he went on to work in the private sectors for two local General Contractors Hitt Contracting and HBW Construction in the commercial interiors division. Edgar has acquired a key eye to high end custom quality work which is essential in our industry to succeed in our line of work. Edgar brings 18 years of experience bother . The Residential and Commercial Market. We have opened our office in the heart of Rockville, MD and serve the maryland and DC area.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We invite our all our clients after our Initial meeting if they should decide to proceed with our services to complete the process in our office where we go over final details with the client or architect, final drawing review, schedule, contract review and signature, schedule of value for progress payments is reviewed and confirmed.
