Just finishing the job and knowing that the customers happy and that because I believe that's the core of growing any company keeping the customer happy
I started off Plumbing when I was 18 and I loved it an after that ever since I opening a business it's hard at times but for the most part it's been fun I got a good group of guys that are hard workers and dedicated to making customers happy hence the name loyal plumber and we are very proud of that name because it's hard these days to actually trust another person or a company to do things that you're not able to do! I take care of my guys because they're on the same wavelength as me and they know what we need to do as a company to STRIVE!!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new customers we usually don't up charge for materials and fixtures and things like that so we don't make money off material for the first job we do for you and our prices are hard to be already as it is and I give the cart first customer break that way he's happy with the work and the price and is more likely to tell his friends and family
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been doing Plumbing going on 14 years now I think it's been so long, but besides Plumbing we also do drywall fencing any handyman work to be honest with you we're all mechanically inclined and ready to go the extra step for our clients
