Elmer was magnificent. The job was more complicated than we anticipated, and despite 2 trips to Home Depot for parts, he didn't quit and ask to come back later. He also didn't raise his already reasonable estimate.

Elmer was the 3rd quote I received and honestly I wish he was the first. He was very prompt, responding to my text immediately and scheduled an appt with me later that day to provide an estimate. He arrived on time and gave me an honest quote. He even found an issue that a previous plumber has not repaired correctly. He communicate the error and showed me the evidence. I had no doubt that he was correctly because of the attitude and lack of profeasionalism that previous plumber displayed. Elmer provide me with a fair price to,complete the work and completed the repairs on the same day. If he had not made me aware of the error the previous plumber made, it could have caused me hundreds in water damage. If you are looking for an honest plumber, I highly recommended Elmer.,
