Century has grown from just me to over 20 employee’s that share the same passion and dedication to our customers that I do.
We get it right the first time. All our work is fully warrantied and guaranteed. I stand behind everything Century does from Pest / Termite / Mold / Insulation and Repairs.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most important start is a detailed inspection to accurately diagnose the cause of the problem. Once we know exactly what we are dealing with, we can accurately solve the concern. It is a team effort between Century Termite & Pest and the customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A life time in the industry, Commercial Applicator and Contractor licence.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Our pricing is dependent on the size and extent of the treatment. We calculate the price exactly to what the customer needs.
How did you get started in this business?
Right out of High School I started with a big Nationwide company and after 3 years with them, in 1993 I started Century Termite and Pest.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Diplomats, TV Reporters, CNN Anchormen, Sport Superstars, but mostly just your average working class person.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We treated and repaired an old home in Quantico VA. The home wasn't the biggest place but it was devoured by termites. The Job took us over a week of jacking up the structure, Replacing and reinforcing floor joists and plates. All on our bellies and backs in a dark old crawl space.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
First and foremost make sure you are comfortable with your pest professional. Be sure that they aren't just spraying to spray. Pest control is problem solving that many times can be solved without pesticides.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Are you licensed? Are you insured? How many years experience do you have? Will you return if the problem isn't solved?
