First make contact,introduce Myself, and my company. Next find out how I may help them. Finally set an appointment according to ther schedule to help resolve ther plumbing needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the plumbing trade since 1989.
I have a drain and sewer license with WSSC.
I am Backflow Certified through Chesapeake Cross Connection for the last 12 years.
I am also a Journeyman plumber in the WSSC territory for 12 years.

How did you get started in this business?
In 1989 a Master Plumber asked me to help him on a job and I enjoyed being able to help people with ther problems, which gave them ease of mind.
