First introduced my self to customer, explain to him or her what I need to do, Next identify the cause of problems, the solutions,the cost dollars amount and guarantee the customers it will be done well and right.

I have a standard price for each job, I charged by the job not by hours, accessing the job and give a free Estimate. If customer agree and give go a head with the job. Most of the time a get the job done on the spot.
How did you get started in this business?
I was once an electrician before I relocate to Unite state. I love been a technical man.I pick interest when a guy come to fixed our plumbing drain in our house years ago.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Never to judge the book by cover. They should always look for a license, competent, a knowledgeable, reasonable and very reliable person.

Does he know the job,Can he do the job right, and will he not charge too much, and mess my house.
