What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For simple service jobs, Jay will typically speak to the customer to set up an appointment to complete the service.
For remodeling jobs, more complex jobs, he will come out and walk through the job with the customer and then set up scheduling, ordering, etc.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

For service jobs- $160(first hour)
$108- each additional hour
$40-60 per hour(helper)
Some jobs are set up as flat rate, which Jay discusses with customer ahead of time.

Worked for other plumbing company and decided to start own business in 1997.

Residential customers, Contractors, Commercial contractors
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Definitely research who you are dealing with and check their credentials/reviews. We have done many jobs for people who hired other plumbers first and the jobs have been a disaster, and we've had to clean up the mess, so to speak.
Also, get more than one estimate and do your homework, comparing the price differences. If there is a drastic difference in pricing for the same job, figure out where and why that difference exists before you do anything else.
