I have been in the business for 7 years and have controlled most issues in 3 visits or less. I am Maryland State Certified and I specialize in eliminating bed bugs issues, roaches, rodents, bees and of course, ants.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My hope is to provide quality service to commercial and residential customers with the goal of establishing a long term relationship.
I will do a free initial inspection of your home or business and explain the process involved with controlling the issue, short term and long term.
Pest control typically requires a plan of action with the customer being willing to do their part to control the issue. I will educate and/or suggest the customer so that they understand their role.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Maryland State Certification in:
General pests (roaches, ants, spiders, etc)
Rodent control
I have extensive experience treating and eliminating Bed bugs as well
